My journey in psychology began with earning my bachelor’s degree at University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) – go Banana Slugs! Currently, I have completed my master’s degree and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at CSPP’s Alliant International University, Fresno.
I am deeply passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental health. It is my belief everyone deserves a safe and accepting space to openly discuss their experiences without fear of judgement. Through my clinical experiences, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of concerns in both individual and group settings including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. Additionally, I have been fortunate to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Outside of my professional life, I have a range of personal interests. I am a music enthusiast and enjoy singing karaoke and going to concerts. I love spending time with my family and six beloved pets. Finally, I find crafting (e.g., beading, coloring, painting) to be one of my favorite ways to unwind!
